In fairness the touhous have generally tended towards bitchiness in the games themselves. If they didn't, and weren't eager to throw down at the drop of a hat the games wouldn't flow like they do. Of course, fanon Alice gets the dubious honour of of being uniquely tsundere, and why that appeals to so many people is something I probably don't want to understand.
