There is as far as I know only one piece of fan art that has attempted to portray this form. And unfortunately it isn't all that well done.

Well they do let their husbands out so there would be no need to go inside each other, and they themselves can learn to alter their body shape to a degree.

That said, I would assume normal gatherings would just require a very large open space so all the sandworms at full size can move about freely.

I know its not good art, but this is notably the only art I've found that depicts the "lamia-like" transformation KC has stated sandworms can learn to do. Be interesting if some more accomplished artist would try their hand at it.
