Last time I ate dinner on the riverwalk with my family at some italian restaurant, Some old lady had a stroke, vomited soup all over her table, and then her family panicked and started screaming, then an ambulance team had to come in and get her on a stretcher and it was a huge issue because she was unresponsive and they had problems getting the stretcher to get into the restaurant. The waiters had to move a bunch of tables and people had to get up and stop eating so that their table could be moved. Dinner was ruined for a lot of people.
