It's a bit of a gimmic pizza. Quattro stagioni, or four seasons. Four sections, each for an ingredient typical for each season. A somewhat staple pizza recipe, at least I haven't seen a pizzeria without it's own rendition of it yet. Most commonly it's shrimp, tuna, mushroom and ham.
