NTA, but the intent is to provide an explanation for her to take an interest in you, i.e. her dialogue and diary entries indicate that, because she can not view your sins throught the mirror, shehas no choice but to visit you from time to time. In addition to that, there are countless lines which would need to be rewritten to account for the mirror working on you, which would be meaningless without a karma system. After all, the game should not assume the player commits sinful deeds, which means there would need to be some method to keep track of the actions the player does. Otherwise, what would the point in her being able to see your sins if there is no system in place to account for it? The current dialogue is written specifically for the scenario wherein you are somehow immune to/heavily resistant to the mirror. Modifying it would not be a simple endeavor.
