I have met a humble girl who was interested in things beyond normalfag stuff and had a hundred stories to tell but prefered to listen. She was nothing like Subaru in any other regard so it barely counts, and that's just the one who came the closest. There's an impossibly huge gap between not being an introverted otaku and being a western woman. None of the latter are like Subaru, much less Subaru the character.
