This is a great piece, sir - looking forward to seeing it published in the Journal of Ripe Affairs soon.
For me, Ririko easily fits the Semi- label in part due to absolutely zero suspension of disbelief being required to conceptualise her in housewife roles which is often the case in Faux-Hags. This might be a simplistic explanation of what I perceive intuitively but thought it was worth mentioning since you also mentioned the importance and relationship with roles and performances.

As for Momoko, she is comfortably in the Classic classification as, despite her sweet and youthful energy, aesthetically speaking she is still noticeably wrinkled, jowly and saggy in places. I don't say this disparagingly as she's probably in my top 3 hags right now but I do think it's important to point out the importance of outward ripeness alongside less tangible notions of "vibe".
