How about a game where all of the PC-98 bosses come back to get revenge on Reimu?
It could go in reverse chronological order, starting with Shinki in the first stage, and then ending with either Konngara or Sariel, depending on the route you take.
Mima will be the stage 5 boss, and Yuuka the stage 4, but they'll also be playable, so you'll fight one of the other player characters at random if you're playing as Mima or Yuuka.

Note that word, "UNOFFICIAL STUDENT GROUP". They are not a company. They are not even a real club. They don't own anything.
ZUN owns every Touhou, with the lone exception of Ellen, who was based heavily on a manga character.
