that's literally just CERO, they are censoring games that are considered okay over here, even rated Z Resident Evil is more censored in Japan than anywhere else in the world, they've grown to big and seem to want to just fight the game industry at every turn

funny enough the ESRB when from slightly problamatic in the early 2000s to basically a non-issue as it has mostly not had to do much and seems to want to work together with the industry to not be to much of a hindrance, all the censorship in the west on games comes from outside sources funny enough
