I like to think that getting close to Remilia wouldn't actually be so difficult if you'd somehow end up in Gensokyo.

She lets all those retarded fairies and goblins work at her mansion, so it seems like it's possible to get a job there as long as you're not completely useless.
Maybe being a human from the outside world who got into Gensokyo would be enough to make Remilia at least a bit interested in you, so you'd be able to get into a conversation with her. From there on you'd have to make sure that she doesn't grow bored of you, which would of course be the hard part.

I want to drink tea with Remi. I want to talk to her and speak out all the things I have inside me under the shadow of the beautiful balcony of her Mansion, while she just listens there calmly with her smug smile not giving a damn. Then I'd hug her and come daily from then on to listen to her, to know her, and learn why I love all she knows and how she speaks. I'd listen to her thoughts, to her dreams, to her voice and heart, to the song deep in her heart.
I'd let her step on me, I'll try to shine when her life darkens, and have every second of my life with her, holding her incredibly soft, small and warm hand, looking her in the eyes and knowing that I never needed anything, anything else than my beautiful Remilia.
