I feel dumb for not being able to convey the meaning better, but then again, neither did the anime subs. The verb Eua uses is kanshou, appreciation/gratefulness for fine art. Perfect fit for the witch of theatergoing and spectating, but how she uses it to describe just watching Satoko will never stop being funny.
