As far as I understand, Miku teamed up with an older lady who runs a dance studio to create an actual agency. Usually, an agency helps develop and manage the careers of its members, like how Amuse does. The list of their members, I guess you can call them idols, can be found in the link below. "Palette" is what they have named the unit in the video, and this is their first single. I think this unit includes all of the idols they have right now. They are still in the early stages, but forming an agency will let them do a lot more than only give lessons, like management stuff and hooking up their talent with gigs.
