A mysterious message delivered to those attending the mansion announcing the intent of the murderer? Check.

Infallible statements to the reader that no "person X" is hiding on the island? Check.

The implication that not all passages in the novel can be trusted (e.g. some narration is false)? Check.

The murderer working from the inside to split up the group of victims so that he can pick them off one by one? Check.
