I have no idea why there are still people that seriously think Dogura Q is coming out, it was announced in 2007 and then never mentioned again. (If you want to count the time when it was still called Kuruizaki then it was announced in 2004)
The writer, artist and company are all active and still release stuff, if it was still in development you would think they would have mentioned it somewhere during the last 7 years or at least bothered to put a teaser webpage up.
Even Taiyou no Ko was confirmed as still being active by Takahiro and an Akabei producer recently.

I was surprised to see a teaser to it when I played Nitro Royale.
That was in 2007, I really doubt anyone is still working on it. Just look at what they released in between.
