Well there are a few western elements as central characters such as Remilia so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to say there may be the classical Hexapod dragon out of the west around, or maybe a Lindwurm (like Fafnir) or a Wyrm. Then again, Meiling is quite obviously as Chinese as it gets and therefore probably isn't one of them.

Is pretty funny, this. If you really wanna go off the fuckin' RAILZ with speculah you could say she IS a western dragon but is posing as a Chinese foreigner not to attract undue attention to herself while she scouts out the situation in this Eastern Wonderland and regularily reports back to her true masters.
