It's a game where you kidnap little girls and keep them in your basement dungeon and have sex with them. There's a crime system, random city gen/family gen(with genetics system so kids are actually the genetic product of their parents, and you can impregnate girls you kidnap if they're past ~12yo (plus or minus some variance, basically when they reach menarche)). The lolis go about a daily schedule (sleep -> wake up and walk to school -> play in a park at like 2:30 -> go home after a few hours of wandering the park and repeat).
