Where Passive Immersion-san and Yoga-sama's claims are in conflict is in regards to the ownership percentage of the company. In absence of a formal contractual agreement both Passive Immersion-san and Yoga-sama will be allocated 50% of the company as both parties have contributed equally to the business.

If Passive Immersion-san wishes to dispute the allocation proposal and counter offer Yoga-sama can be contacted through his lawyers in the DJT (Daily Japanese Thread) on 4chan, any other attempts to contact Yoga-sama will be ignored.
