From what I've seen, Yui had the "rich girl" attitude early on in Sakura Gakuin but she apparently toned it down over the years and focused on doing her best at singing/dancing.

Su was just the strong leader throughout her years in Sakura Gakuin there's no doubt about that, it's still evident in the way that she carries Babymetal.

Moa is a loveable hig-energy spaz, as one can see in the 2012 nendo video and Babymetal interviews.
