The plot of the animated series "Tsukihime: Lunar Legend" centers around a high school student--I can't remember his name, but it begins with an S--in his journey to and from high school and fighting vampires. Fighting vampires usually involves a sex scene of some sort with the girl of their respective vampire type. The boy is not alone in his journey, however: he is joined by a guy who specializes in the element of surprise, and a guy who, while putting on a show of being crazy, is actually a nice guy, along with his fuzzy cat companion.

Their jouney is not without challengers, however: as the group travels the town they often find themselves in the middle of a vampire conflict, and need to find a violent solution to their problem before continuing on their way. In addition to that, there is an organization which is passively attempting to capture them that also has plans for conquering the entire world. To conquer the challenges ahead of him, the boy must learn valuable lessons of trust and mana transfer, and can always depend on his maids to help him if he is in need.

Sure would be nice if there were more Altrouge out there.

I was watching Shugo Chara and for no real reason I crossed my eyes and made myself look like I'm really Japanese and guess what? The quality of the animation went up by OVER 9000 TIMES! I'm serious. Squinting my eyes made it look so unbelievably good I had to try it out on all my other weeaboo shit; everything from my lolicon mangas to Tsukihime's art had improved drastically. It has GOT to be the reason that all of Japan's animation has 'gone down' in quality for the last ten or so years. It CAN NOT be a coincidence that everything looks so much better when I squint my eyes; this is real Japanese science at work.
