For me one of the big attractions of monster girls, at least in the more "supernaturally good at sex" settings is that they make standard refractory periods basically at most a suggestion and never a requirement (at least not until a number of hours have passed). Google translate is clearer on something else though, namely that hakutaku have a hole in their clothes (through which their tie goes) simply to make it easier to give clothed paizuri.

Oh, and it seems to say that if a hakutaku is angry or in a fight (they're a relaxed race by nature so this isn't common) the yellow part of their third eye turns/shines red.

When you get right down to it, the Monster Girl Encylopedia is the conflict of tatemae vs honne. The Order represents tatemae- the behavior and opinions one displays in public for the sake of social harmony. The Demon Lord represents honne-the true feelings and desires you possess.
