The title font is augie, 180 pt, bold.
Also, normally, I use CC Wild Words for the normal text, but the author here uses two fairly normal fonts, so I'm experimenting with SF Toontime for the text that's more detailed (like Reimu's rant), and CC Wild Words for the less detailed font (Reimu panel 2). Sannyo here sometimes uses an even more decorative font, which I typeset with CCPulpFiction. Such a classy courtesan!
I'm not entirely happy with SF Toontime, do you know of a font that might be more suitable? (For future typesetting endeavors.)
I changed the final text a bit to emulate the staggered layout of the original.

I'm being very nitpicky here, but it's because you got almost everything right. With these nitpicks addressed, you should be able to typeset anything in this comic the way I would do it.
I've started on page 5, but page 6 and beyond are free.
(I feel self-conscious now. My own typsetting does not always live up to these standards, either. Aspire for quality, but take it easy too. It's tough to find a balance!)
