Britain and Russia are the only two countries that are really associated with black tea specifically, and Remilia drinks "red" tea, which at least in chinese is just what they call black tea. Translation error, probaby, although I guess she could actually be drinking hot blood, although that would be terrible since blood clots when you heat it up like eggs. Exactly like eggs in fact, you can replace eggs with blood in pancakes and it works fine. If you like metallic tasting pancakes that is.

It turns out that I don't have many pictures of Remilia, so settle for Flan instead
