That said, pulling anything off in that ping is pretty silly because specials turn into supers constantly and vice versa; plus 6321463214A? Never fucking happening. I swear I tried like 50 times and the only one of those in which it actually worked was a random from fullscreen when I didn't expect it to. At least my beloved fullscreen grab is only really useful as a hitconfirm from 5C, so even if the input gets dropped I still hit you with a fucking piledriver.
BUT I've played entire matches of this at 8 fps though, so I'm not complainin'.
