Much like the Christmas shitposting, it's not actually about them having sex with boyfriends. There's just a lot of us that are lonely and really wish we got some Holo company on those days. The "She's having sex with her boyfriend" is shitposting that lets us still be unreasonably angry at holos that don't stream during those days, while deflecting away from the actual reason.
