If she wanted Rika to remember her sin wouldn't she make sure Rika actually commits it in that world?
She wants Rika to surrender before figuring her out. You're more likely to paint someone as a suspect if you remember having trouble with them in the past. If you don't remember that, it's much easier to fool you and get you to that point. Precisely my point is that Rika is not acknowledging or suspecting Satoko not because she's an asshat, but because she probably doesn't even remember Satoko in a bad light at all. Satoko is interested in manipulating her memories, whether it's to remember or to forget, with one goal in mind.
