I think I'm getting too dumb to order more models. Got yet another one that I have trouble figuring out how to remove the top.

Any hints for how to undress my santa? The shoulder pads were just to take off, under the arms you can detach the top, but I can't figure out where to go next. I assume the head needs to go, but it sits so firm I'm not sure I want to pull.
