The hands drawn here are "good". Overall solid outlines without any "vision impaired blur" effect (now he only does it to heads). The body colour is done better with the blush being better toned (less pink) and less sticking out. You can even see the slight lighting effect on her thigh to see that the shading had effort put into it, unlike the full on mate palette that is the art ever since Shioi.
He does put some extra details in his more recent designs, and yes, hair looks somewhat better than before, but nonetheless suffer from some of the previous points.
