You can tell the 80% fumo fairly easily once you have them in hand. The materials are not as soft, are slightly different hue, minor QAQC issues like rough fabric cuts.

Not him, but the bootleg Cirno I got had one ribbon slightly longer on the other side and was fairly easy to tell by sight. She's still sexy tho.
