Just tried a zinc and magnesium supplement yesterday.
Holy shit. I did not lucid dream because I didn't even try, but my dreams were really deep, vivid and long-lasting. I didn't even hear the alarm clock snoozing for 2 hours straight (granted, it's a bit soft but I always wake up at the first note). It also gave me the strongest morning wood in years.
