In the FMA sense of converting an existing object to something else? Not really. It can't outright do a "miracle" but it does convert an imaginary resource called "mana" into all sorts of bullshit.

I can't really think of any examples of mindbreak in TM outside of doujins (I guess Command Spells on Servants? but Rin isn't a Servant), so it's hard to say how she'd deal with that.

FGO is not to thank for that at all. TM has had beautiful anime with top tier production values since 2007 with Kara no Kyoukai, followed by Fate/Zero and now the F/SN adaptations.
Mahoyo is the best looking thing they've ever released, and it was before FGO.
I appreciate all of the above a lot more than 30 second clips packed with action, with the intent of making a shitty phone game look a lot cooler than it actually is.
Not to say those aren't cool, but FGO deserves to get shit at any opportunity, those PVs are not excuse.
