So if Eua/Featherine is Seshat there is a contradiction. Eua seems to like Vier, but Seshat clearly doesn't like the people who call... that technology Wisdom.
This can be explained if the person who Eua is talking about is past Vier (Who likely is Jestress).
Jestress wants "they" to appear, and at the epilogue she's chasing someone, that someone is probably Seshat. The "they" that Jestress refers to is Seshat's order because they're against humanity's total annihilation.
What Jestress wants with Seshat? We don't know, but I have a bet: Seshat and Vier are the only characters able to manipulate 8MS, so they're basically the only ones capable of saving the A3W world - Jestress wants to find her for that reason, but it's unclear what she really wants to achieve with the 8MS.
Meanwhile, if the "Order of The Holy Ark" is Vier's order, that means Seshat is hunting them down. It sounds like a complicated loop where past Vier wants Seshat's help while future Vier is Seshat's enemy.
