Suika appears in your room and challenges you to a drinking contest! Here are the rules:

You each take turns drinking from her gourd for exactly 2 minutes, then you pass it. Before you pass it, you must spin in place 360 degrees twice in a row. Whoever falls down first loses. You still lose if you fall down even if it's not your turn.

If you win, you get to go to Gensokyo and fug/cuddle/party/do whatever with Suika whenever you want. If you lose, you still get to go to Gensokyo, however Suika and Yuugi will keep you in a cage and bully you/beat you up for hours every day. If you choose not to accept her challenge, Suika will kick you in the testicles so hard that you'll become sterile, and then she'll vanish.
