I agree that Reimu is a tragic hero but not for that reason.

She sits at the shrine all day, does nothing, gets annoyed when people come bother her with anything, and just wants to sit and drink tea and sleep all day. She has no hobbies. And yet, she has to save the world all the time, and she does so grudgingly, not really giving a shit about anyone else's problems, occasionally intervening even when there are no actual problems.

Reimu has many of the signs of clinical depression.
