Why doesn't exhentai.org work for me anymore /jp/ I followed all the instructions, tried restarting my computer, etc. I always get the sad panda, and before I couldn't even look in the majority of anything that wasn't non-h. It'd always say, pinning for XXXXX.

You won't be able to search for a cropped image. However you could've searched on e-hentai/ExHentai for tags relevant to the picture. In this case, you have kogasa, touhou, color, english. And you would've found what it was pretty quickly had you done that. Read the attached image it's helpful.
