Well Sometimes just the fact that getting a good christian man to commit the sin of fornication is enough for them, not to mention fornication with a witch, but sometimes they'll purposely get pregnant and use the baby in a demonic ritual of some kind in whatever stage of pregnancy; it really depends on the ritual.
There are other times where they will seduce you and end up killing you in a terrible ungodly way through some kind of sacrifice.
There are signs to pick out a witch, but it's hard and most people that do realize almost have some kind of close relationship with God, like able to see into their souls or seeing the color of a person's soul.
