SO GUYS RESUME OF EP2 SOLUTION

Rika baited Shion into visiting the warehouse during the festival in order to make Ooishi brainwash her like he did with Keichi in ep1.

After that they kidnapped Mion so Shion could be able to control the village under Rika's orders.
At the same time Ooishi killed people to make people suspect about Mion more and more until he had enougth support to break up into Mion's house

Now all great families of the village are dead, no one support anymore what remain of Sonozaki and all Japan is remember what is Hinamizawa
in hosrt no one can stop the Dam
no one can save the village anymore

This is the plan in general, naturally with Keichi was changed hard but the result was the same
