couldnt okuu just nuke gensokyo into nothing but ash whenever she felt like it after she was defeated in SA? its not like anyone is keeping a close eye on her at all times. Not even Aya has revealed that much information about her or know if she is a high threat, or friendly or not. I guess its a good thing she now doesn't care for the idea anymore. She could pretty much just drop a nuke at her feet and annihilate anything within a huge mile radius without harming herself.
