I was never really into Roa, so I can't confirm it myself, but some popular comments on her newest stream are pointing out that even when you consider the apparent Nijisanji-only limitation, she doesn't have many collab partners that stuck with her beyond one or a couple streams and that she rarely, if ever, seems to be invited to major collabs, which makes it look like even the other Niji streamers see her as a pain in the ass they want nothing to do with.
