There's 3 way to obtain a new cards:
1. From a building in the middle (with greentext) : Here you can buy a booster pack, item and other stuff with your money. Pack gives random card.
2. From a building in the far upper-right (with greentext) : You can buy a card based on how high your parameter is. Free to choose the cards that you want to buy, but it use CVP. Also you need to see the event in order to use this building.
3. Win a card battle (not the free fight one at your room) : Card is ranndom from your enemy deck
