I can see the ear looking like that from that angle, not enough to make it not her it's not extremely different or anything. Also, the single mark she has on her face can be really easily covered by makeup which she often does, pic related, and you can tell from the picture in question that she is wearing quite a bit of blush, from the redness in that area. Again, I'm not certain, but the hair is what keeps bringing me back to the chance that it might be her, it's very similiar to the hairstyle she has had recently.

Also, we all know that wota who find the idol and take the candid pics don't make all the pictures public, usually just one or a few and keep the rest for themselves. It's probably not her, though ;____;
