Things like Kancolle, Undertale and now vtubers has taken a large bite out of the 2hu fandom. The vtuber thing might mark the death of 2hu cause a lot of people got into 2hu because there were a lot of cute girls doing cute shit, but now thanks to vtubers you have an endless stream of cute girls -- doing cute shit. Why should anyone care about what Tewi is going to do next when they can watch Pekora for 3 hours. Pekora is basically Tewi on a livestream.
