Yeah, but she somehow has the same hair style she had as a 11 years old (but not the one she had from 12 to 17 years old in Gou/Sotsu). In the flashback to the club meeting 5 years ago, Rika, Keiichi and Mion all were wearing outfits very similar to their 83 ones, rather than any of the timeskip outfits. They clearly wanted to reference the past a lot in those few pages. It's just the "past" they're referencing always seems to ignore Gou/Sotsu.
