The only thing that makes Waka not look masculine today is her hairstyle. She's probably the member who changed her hair the most. I do agree that her Wakasama version is the best version. But she wouldnt need to go back two years in time, she only needs to cut her fucking her again.

I wonder why Wakatsuki won't wear this insanely hot hairstyle or a variation of it all the time. When she first appeared with it, I understood why people called her Waka-sama. She is like a completely different person when she is wearing ponytail or long hair. This firs her perfectly. It probably takes a hell of an effort to keep her hair like this, but damn ins't it incredily hot.
