Not 10 years but don't expect the world to go back to completely normal for at least another 4. Vaccines normally take multiple years to be refined. Admittedly wu-flu is having more funds and researching power being funneled into it than average, but it still takes time to cultivate a vaccine that's considered safe and consistent.

Mediterranean food consists of dishes from regions within the Mediterranean basin. Lots of protein and low glycemic relatively cheap ingredients with very flavorful preparations. Overall it's a very well balanced diet that actually has strong flavors and variety, but a few too many carbs for my taste. Heavily relies on fish, which I'm a big fan of, lots of vinegars and oils, which I have a wide assortment of too. I've heard that apparently in the boonies America it's actually not common to see stuff like champagne vinegar or high quality extra virgin olive oil, but it's not hard to find online. It's a very technique based diet, you kind of need to know how to cook well to make it really work, but if you have the basics down it's pretty much the perfect modern diet. Won't do everything, not much keto potential so it won't help you lose weight without exercise unless you ate literal garbage before, but health wise it ticks every box.
