There's no guide or tutorial for coding. Your best bet imo is to learn enough of another programming language and then apply that knowledge to existing code using the Japanese docs as a reference.
Emuera is written in C#, but erabasic itself is nothing like it. At a glance it's formatted like BASIC but it's actually probably closest to C.
