Well yeah, Roza is a lot more open due to her DPS being tied to her spin and dealing more damage the longer she spins while Lilia can still evade incoming hits and can even dodge and counter any incoming hits.

I've been trying her out for fun and her counter works on basically everything apparently? It even works on that time lock field HoV does. She's probably not going to reach her with the counter if she's too far away from the enemy but Lilia will dodge the timelock and you won't get frozen inside for some reason (Though you will if she uses the move four times in a row like it happened to me).

Yes and no. Currently there's only the dreams of gemina and the daily x2 free fragments event but next version should add places where you can farm her like a normal character.
