I think it does matter because some people have obvious vendettas against her. If you had so much negativity directed towards you I think you would also rather take advice from someone you knew wasn't purposely attacking you by giving bad concrit. That girl is dealing with a lot of unneeded hate just because she somehow managed to piss off a community big wig.
