About your question yes. Music requires either some decent capture or learning DAWs/music theory. Programming requires programming.
Drawing is something everyone can try with a pencil or even the mouse.
Writing is even easier, but draws little attention so not everyone does it.

Music is not actually THAT hard to give a noob shot, but it's more intimidating
