What I can gather is that it's a chinese(?) giantess artist that goes by a billion different names depending on where you look.

CG17 (sadpanda/boorus), hte222, tempuru (danbooru), Tein Fuon jiu Tempuru (patreon), pixiv user 574291. I just browsed over a ton of works by "CG17". Didn't find this one, but the style is clearly the same. Some of that shit was marked (c) 2011 giantesskatelyn.com, but that goes even further away.

Someone who's familiar with /d/ stuff might be able to source the full Satoko comic.
