Keep in mind that Nanaland actually sing all of their songs, and their dances are more involved than Maneki. Of course they're going to look exhausted. However, there is definitely a reason why Wyenra exists. The worst part about Nanaland's management that you can easily see is the sudden announcements of lives/events, which is a pretty awful thing to do to members, and it seems like Komaki passive aggressively tweets about it when it happens almost every time.

I don't think Mai would stay around if the management was that awful. Haruka might because she seems kind of pathetic in that way, but it doesn't seem like in Mai's character to stay. Aika leaving seemed more like her not liking being an idol that much/having no self confidence, which could have been a problem started and exacerbated by management, or she could have just not wanted to be an idol anymore.

I hope the members are making money, Hikari famously apparently lived (does she still live with her parents?) in a run-down pile of shit apartment with all of her family.

There's no way the management is on the level of Black that say Appare's management is.
